Wood Buffalo Bucks are gift certificates that work like cash and can be spent exclusively at participating local businesses. Available in denominations of $50 and $100, these bucks are a fantastic way to support our local economy while enjoying the best products and services Fort McMurray has to offer.

How It Works for Businesses

When a customer spends Wood Buffalo Bucks at your business:

Verification: Check the sequential number on the back (e.g., 000025) and ensure the custom seal stamp is present.
No Expiry or Change Given: Treat it like cash. The value is printed on the front, and no change needs to be given.

Reimbursement:
- Scan or photograph the front of the Wood Buffalo Bucks and the corresponding receipt.
- Send both to membership@fortmcmurraychamber.ca or bring them to our Chamber office for reimbursement.

Important: Proof of redemption must be submitted instantly or by the end of the respective month of redemption. The Chamber is not liable for lost vouchers.
