2026 Fall Trade Show & Artisan Market Exhibitor Guide
Welcome, vendors! We're thrilled to have you join us for the 2026 Fall Trade Show & Artisan Market at MacDonald Island Park. This guide includes the key info you need to feel confident and prepared heading into show weekend.
EVENT DETAILS
Location: MacDonald Island Park - 1 CA Knight Drive, Fort McMurray
Show Dates:

- Friday, September 25 - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- Saturday, September 26 - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Sunday, September 27 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Exhibitors may enter at 9:30 AM each day.
- Sunday, September 27 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
MOVE-IN & SETUP
Move-In: Thursday, September 24 - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- Check in at the information booth on the Concourse.

- You'll receive wristbands and any outstanding paperwork.

- After 9 PM, access to the floor is closed.
Note: After Thursday, only hand-carried items are allowed.
MOVE-OUT
Move-Out Begins: Sunday at 5:00 PM

- No early tear-downs allowed.
-
- All booths must be cleared by midnight.

- Courier pickups must be arranged by 9 AM Monday, clearly labeled.
WRISTBANDS
-
- Non-bulk exhibitors will receive 3 wristbands, and bulk vendors will receive 10 wristbands.

- Additional wristbands are available for $10 each. To request, please email projects@fortmcmurraychamber.ca

Wristbands are designated for exhibitor staff only and are required for access to the show floor at all times.

BOOTH GUIDELINES

- Max height: 8 ft (back), 4 ft (side).
-
- Stay within your booth space - no aisle setups or soliciting beyond your area.

- Booth must be staffed at all times.

- Requests for taller side walls must be pre-approved.
POWER, RENTALS, & INTERNET

Your booth includes one 8' table, two chairs, and 800W of power.
- If you require a different table size or additional power, please contact Exhibit Installation Services (EIS) in advance to arrange upgrades.

- Wi-Fi is provided by the venue. Consider a backup if needed.
SOUND & DEMOS

- Noisy demos must be limited to intervals.

- Speakers must face inward.

- Show management may restrict or cut power if volume becomes disruptive.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

- You must carry $2M in liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance listing:

FOOD & BEVERAGE

- Food vendors must submit an AHS Special Event Application by the deadline.

- You cannot serve food or drink without AHS approval.
OTHER POLICIES

- No helium tanks allowed on-site.

- Candles may be displayed, but not lit.

- Vehicles on display: Half tank max, lock-on cap, keys removed.
CLEANING

- Daily aisle cleaning is provided.

- Exhibitors are responsible for tidying their booths each day.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We know many vendors travel from out of town, and we're happy to help make your stay as smooth as possible.
An updated list of hotel partners and preferred rates will be available in summer 2026 to book your accommodations. These hotels are conveniently located near the venue and offer great value during the show weekend.
Be sure to book early to secure your preferred rate. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
SECURITY

- 24/7 roaming security will be on-site from move-in to move-out.

- The Chamber is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

- Don't leave booths unattended. Secure valuables overnight.
