Temporary Process:


  1. EPC-Oil Sands posts a work opportunity - the administrator will be advised & will forward to NAABA for their distribution *retained in a database
  2. When scheduling your closing date & time for your work opportunity,  please ensure that they fall within the following time frames:

    *Day of the Week: Monday - Thursday
    *Closing Time:  7:00 am - 4:00 pm

  3. Administrator then advise all RED Link vendors that a NEW Work Opportunity has been posted (the e-mail will include the long description, closing date & time) and a link to submit their expression of interest. *retained in a database

  4. At closing time, poster will receive an excel spreadsheet providing details of Vendors who have submitted an expression of interest..
