Should it become necessary for you to cancel your participation, any request by a registrant must be received in writing via email to fmcoc@telus.net or by phone @ 780-743-3100. A request for cancellation (and refund) will be accepted up to the deadline time of 12:00 PM Noon, three (3) business days in advance of the event. After that date there will be no refunds but substitutions will be accepted. All refunds will only be made using the original form of payment. For example, if you registered using a Visa card, any refund will be credited back to that same Visa card. Registrants who select cash at door and do not attend or cancel as per above, will be invoiced.
